We ask for a 24 hour courtesy notice of cancellation. No-show appointments will be charged the full travel charge if the veterinarian has traveled to farm before notice. In the event that the veterinarian is delayed, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or text to update you on arrival times. Please note that we frequently work in areas with no cellular service and are not always able to reach you.
The safety of our staff, clients, and animals is our top priority. It is our expectation that animals will be caught, haltered, or confined to a small corral or stall where they can be easily accessed when the veterinarian arrives for your appointment. A head gate is preferred for cattle.
We reserve the right to refuse service when animals are not caught and ready for the scheduled appointment or charge an hourly rate for the additional time required to catch them. Appointments are scheduled based on the expected amount of time required for the requested service, when service is delayed because animals are not restrained, this causes significant delays for all other scheduled appointments. We ask that you are respectful of our time and other clients who have appointments.
Appointments will not be made for use of a dart gun or administering medication for non-medical needs (we will not catch animals that you cannot catch to move paddocks or trailer to market).
For the safety of all, please refrain from use of smoking tobacco and alcohol while the veterinarian is examining or treating your animal.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, all major credit cards, check, and CareCredit are accepted.
